Advisory Board: Randall H. Riley

Former Texas State Representative.

Mr. Riley has many years of state, national and international expertise and political experience to the advisory board. Riley has served his home state of Texas in leadership roles in several state agencies, including the Texas Department of Economic Development, Texas Department of Insurance, Texas General Services Commission and Texas Building and Procurement Commission.

Riley has built several multimillion dollar businesses in the construction, automotive and insurance industries. As vice president and director of international marketing at Citizens, Inc., he has been instrumental in taking the public company to almost a billion dollars in assets, with an international life insurance marketing organization that spans the globe.
