As a discovery company, our passion centers on discovering immune-based therapies for the treatment of serious diseases and autoimmune conditions.

Immune-based therapies are various methods used to boost the immune system's ability to fight illnesses. As a group, immune-based therapies are in very early stages of development. They include preventive and therapeutic vaccines, therapies involving chemicals produced by the immune system, and several other types.

Our goal is to discover and develop applications of our patented Thymus Nuclear Protein (TNP) technology as an apparent immune-based therapy for a wide variety of applications.

Viral Genetics licensed technology developed by Dr. Karen Newell at the University of Colorado. The technology may explain the mechanism of action of TNP as well as identify its active components. The Company is now performing studies to confirm this as it would likely allow optimization of the Company’s VGV-1 investigational drug for clinical study.
